Welcome to a new series where we will be sharing some of our favourite vacation rentals here in Costa Rica. After living here for almost 9 months, we’e gathered some beauties for you!
Today we begin with Casa Hermosa, a beautiful 3 bedroom home and cabin with an epic view in our favourite area of the Southern Zone of Costa Rica, in Uvita. This rental has a stunning infinity pool, 2 balconies, privacy and great decor. It is located near some of our favourite restaurants and a great surf beach, Playa Hermosa. It is quite central and close by to grocery stores too!
We loved the earthy tones in this home with pops of colour and the massive pool with a view of the jungle and ocean in the distance. A view of the ocean from your rental is quite a vibe here in Costa Rica, it’s also very calming. You can count on stunning sunsets! There is so much privacy at this vacation rental and they’ve truly but so much love into their landscaping. Each bedroom has air conditioning and one of the bedrooms has a bunk bed, it is a great size home for 1 or 2 families. There is also a bonus cabin on the lot for extra space for family or friends.
How fun is this bathroom? I loved this space so much and purple is not a colour I generally gravitate to when it comes to interior design, the vibe was so fun though and I loved the mix of brass metals and the patterned floor tiles.
This is bedroom #2, the bunk room (bedroom #3) is right off of this room.
There is a plethora of space to lounge here at Casa Hermosa, this is the main floor balcony but you’ll also find a massive one on the 2nd floor that opens from the bedrooms AND more entertaining space above the pool. The patio space above the floor has an outdoor kitchenette and more seating with a great clear view of the pool. You can host a get together here with friends and family, entertain and watch the kiddos splash around.
The television on the main floor has Netflix and Prime so if you decide to have a movie night in you’re in luck. We really liked that the living room is off of the kitchen so that you can still socialize while cooking up a storm. We will forever be fond of this kind of layout. We spent a few days in this rental and couldn’t wait to share it with you. Our kids loved this home as much as we did, especially the pool!
All in all this was a great rental in Costa Rica, it is very clean and fully stocked for vacation. The kitchen has everything you would need to create some delicious meals for the family, there are laundry facilities on site and it is gated for extra security.
