This is such a vulnerable topic to discuss here on my blog, something I never imagined I would be talking about with you guys. After sharing this journey recently on Instagram and seeing truly how much it has helped many of you, I am happy to be sharing the journey here as well. This will be a longer series as I want to keep it very informative for you.
