This blog post is well overdue but hey, it’s here! When I was in California I was invited to visit the DP Hue House for some hair colour magic by Justin Anderson and his team and I can’t tell you how excited I was for this experience! I’ve followed his work on Instagram for awhile now, honestly guys – I genuinely find watching hair colour work on Instagram therapeutic, don’t ask lol. I was always so impressed watching his colour transformations and when I was invited to come for a visit and have him work on my hair, I of course jumped at the opportunity and aligned my appointment during a work trip to California. Justin is seriously a doll, and SO sweet. I loved learning more about him and the Dp Hue brand. Great conversationalist and great at his work – his team is just as wonderful too! Aleksey his assistant also worked on my hair and styled it afterwards. I honestly loved meeting the entire team at Dp Hue House – every one is so passionate about beautiful hair and making their clients feel amazing, and it was super fun shooting with their photographer after!
So, here is how it turned out! What do you guys think? A lot of you have been messaging me loving how bright and blonde it is and I love it too. I feel so much more awake and alive with this bright beautiful brass free blonde! It’s been easy to keep up with too with the Dp Hue hair products though, I use their ACV rinse, the cool blonde shampoo & conditioner as well as the colour fresh hair therapy. Since my hair is naturally so dry I especially love that oil for the ends of my hair. I’ve linked all of the items below – including my favourite linen outfit on my travels right now from Shop West Wind! It’s so comfy and I love that I can pair the top or bottoms with different looks.
