I worked with Genuine Health this year since we love their products so I was excited to feature this post by Tori, have a read below and let me know if you get a chance to make any of the 4. If you do, I’d love to know which one was your favourite. Mine is the Pina Colada smoothie bowl of course! xo
I created these smoothie bowls with the Genuine Health fermented protein powders and have loved eating them post-workout! I made them extremely uncomplicated so that they are easy to throw together with the ingredients you would have on-hand, and I loved how they stayed frozen or thick for longer, I find that the protein powder helps. Though Greek yogurt is inherently high in protein, adding the Genuine Health fermented protein powder lets you get the 20-25 grams of protein that I recommend to properly build and repair muscle tissue. You can use either the Genuine Health fermented vegan proteins+ or the Genuine Health fermented Greek yogurt proteins+ products, they are both amazing! They have a really nice taste and texture, and are fermented to improve digestion and absorption. – Tori of Fraiche Nutrition
Each of these smoothie bowls serves one, and all you need to do is throw all of the ingredients in a blender until they are smooth, adding a bit more of the liquid if needed.
