Image Error
This is a quick and easy breakfast, snack or dessert in our household. You can easily customize it based on your favourite nut butters or wether or not you’re craving some chocolate.
Preheat your oven to 375 degrees and line or oil your 9 x 13 baking dish. Mix your dry ingredients, mix your wet ingredients and then mix it all together inside of the baking dish. Place in the oven and bake for 30 minutes. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
- 3 cups organic sprouted rolled oats
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp hemp hearts
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 3/4 tsp of baking powder
- pinch of Redmond’s real salt
- 4-5 mashed banana
- 1/3 cup maple syrup (the dark stuff)
- 3 cups milk of choice
- 1/3 cup smooth peanut butter
- 1 tsp of vanilla
Sprinkle chocolate chips on top, totally optional.
Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes and let rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
Sometimes we fry up some apple chunks in maple syrup and add that inside, sometimes we add blueberries and sometimes we drizzle maple syrup on top. You can totally customize this and have fun!
